Tariffs 

• Book Whole Home (why share the house with any strangers?) for only Rs.3,000 per night. A great bargain! 
• Get a duplex home 10x larger than, but at the cost of a single Hotel Room. Take 2 more couples with kids for company, at no extra cost!  
• Save on expensive eating out that may affect your family's health - you get a fully equipped kitchen  to cook home meals while on vacation!
• Get your own private garden of 800 sq ft
• You are within walking distance to several tourist attractions this great city has to offer.    
• Master Bedroom is Rs.1,250 per night. Other rooms are Rs.950 per room per night. Check-in and check-out times are 12 noon and 10 am respectively. We permit, and do not charge for early check-ins and late checkouts unless it clashes with the booking(s) of some other guest(s). Daytime occupancy only - subject to availability - is Rs.2,500 for whole Home only. Not available on per room basis. 
• Different rates and terms apply to non-Indian citizens and non-Indian passport holders. Please write to us for these rates; even if only one or more, but not all members of your Group are non-Indian passport holders.
• We do not normally take bookings for more than 6 adults, and accompanying children. Each extra guest beyond 2 adults per room pays Rs.350 /person/ night for extra mattresses etc.. 
• With average cost of less than Rs.500 /person /night, our Home Stay is a rare bargain - more spacious, more comfortable, more conveniently located AND much cheaper. 
• Dealing with us is simple: 
• Book by phone or email; tentative confirmation is immediate; 
• Make token advance payment (see below); Email or SMS booking confirmations thereafter.
• Zero reservation amendment charges, Zero early check-in charges, Zero late check-out charges, 
• Free basement or open car parking and 
• Extreme dedication to customer satisfaction (you have to experience it - see some of our authentic customer reviews!). 
• Plus services of helpful caretaker to fetch food from nearby restaurants if you wish, and to clean up after your cooking and eating. 
• Rates may change without notice; but won't change after you have booked. 
• On the blue-shaded dates in the Calendar below, we only book the whole Home; i.e., we do not take bookings for individual rooms. Of these, on the dates marked in Bold, our rates are Rs.3,500 per night.

• Minimum advance payment (non-refundable) is Rs.1,000 per day for whole home or Rs.500/day/room, whichever is more. For availing long stay discount, however, (see below), full payment has to be made while confirming the booking.
• Method of payment: Payment into our designated bank account, either via NEFT or via deposit of cash or cheque. Bank charges (if any) will be on the account of the guest; and will be recovered at the time of check-in. Calendar confirmation of booking will be sent after realization of the token advance payment.
• If any amount is paid in advance in excess of the above, only an amount equivalent to the above will be non-refundable. 
• Long Stay Discount (for bookings made after 1st January, 2012):
• For continuous stays from 5 to 30 nights, n% of total bill, where 'n' is number of continuous days booked, rounded off to nearest Rs.100. For continuous stays exceeding 30 nights: 30% on applicable rates, rounded off to nearest Rs.50. 
• In simple terms, the discount is 5% for 5 days; 6% for 6 days and so on upto 30% for 30 or more days' continuous stay.
• If a long stay booking is cut short, then discount rate will be that applicable to the period of consecutive days stay. 
• To avail long stay discount, full amount has to be paid while confirming the booking.

Facilities

• We have all modern amenities like refrigerator, microwave, TV, toaster, Eureka Forbes water filter, electric tea/coffee kettle and fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner glass hob. 
• Resident Caretaker will arrange tourist car for local sightseeing and for going to any nearby places, on request. 
• All rooms have attached bath-cum-toilets (western style) with running hot and cold water. 
• Broadband wi-fi internet access at a nominal charge of Rs.100 per day for unlimited downloads and connections. This is optional, so those not wanting it don't have to absorb the cost.
• Inverter connection for fan and light in every bedroom, bathroom and for TV to mitigate impact of power outages 
• Tea will be provided by caretaker on request at nominal charge. 
• Caretaker-couple, who reside there with their small son, will clean up the kitchen and dining area after your eating/ cooking.
• All rooms have a balcony attached.

Rules (the fine print! :-) ) 

Please co-operate with us as below: 

• No smoking or consumption of alcoholic drinks allowed on premises. Drugs strictly prohibited.
• Carry photo identity and a photocopy of the photo identification document to prove that you are the person for whom the booking has been confirmed. Without this, we may be unable to permit you to stay.
• If you are a foreign citizen or you hold a non-Indian passport, then you must provide us with a copy of your passport pages showing your name, photograph and address. Rates applicable to non-Indian passport-holders will be charged at special rates designated in US Dollars or UK Pound Sterling. Full payment will have to be made in advance by inward remittance via SWIFT in foreign currency. Bank charges levied by our banker, if any, will be recoverable at the time of check-in.  If one or a more members of a Group are non-Indian passport holders, the booking will be deemed to have been made by the non-Indian passport holder. Any amount that is not paid in advance in foreign currency shall be payable at the time of check-in in local currency, i.e, Indian Rupees, at rates that we shall specify.   
• Guests are obliged to confirm to the caretaker on arrival itself the length of their stay; and to pay the sum due for the period of the booked stay. 
• Extension of stay beyond booked dates will be allowed subject to availability, at our discretion. 
• Living room and common areas are available for receiving visitors. A guest may only receive visitors during the period from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. only. Guests not staying over should leave the house by 10 pm.
• Please help us keep our rates low by turning off geyser, fans, lights or other electrical appliances when not in use 
• Please ensure that snacks and meals are enjoyed in the dining or living room areas only. Not eating in bedrooms is the best way to ensure that bed linen etc. are not soiled by food stains.
• This is a residential apartment, so please ensure that decorum is maintained at all times, and our peace-loving neighbours have no reason to complain about anything. 
• This is a quiet place; enjoy the music of silence. Please do not talk or shout loudly or play music or television loudly.
• Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, including breakage of glasses/ crockery and staining or cigarette burns in bed linen, pillows etc.. Guests will be liable if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for the damage.
• The guests' health is the responsibility of the guest. If the guest falls ill or is injured during the stay, we will endeavour to provide assistance, but we do not take responsibility for the same. Telephone numbers of ambulances and addresses of hospitals in the vicinity are available with the caretaker.
• This is a residential apartment, so ensure that decorum is maintained at all times, so that our peace-loving neighbours have no cause to complain about anything. 
• For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the room or other part of our premises.
• If you have booked the whole house, please ensure that you or your guests do not come and go between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am; as this is likely to disturb the neighbours.
• Bed and bath linen will be changed every 3 days for longer staying guests.
• Pets not allowed. 
• Guests are obliged to observe all these rules; if a guest is in breach of any rule(s), the caretaker has the right to refuse the use of the accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
